IFX Inches Up 0.3%

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX edged up 2.18 points or 0.3% on Wednesday to close at 732.73. More than 87 million securities were traded in 12,183 transactions valued at $85.2 million. Iranian Petrochemical Investment Group recorded the highest daily trade volume and value with 12.85 million shares valued at $618,529. Sugar companies and Ghasem Iran Company registered the highest daily raise in shares value. Tadbirgaran Fars Company, Minoo Group and GTS Iranian Company’s value retreated the most. Isfahan Steel Company, Iranian Petrochemical Investment Group, Bank Day, Sina Port and Maritime Company, Iranol Oil Company, Iran Cultural Heritage and Tourism Investment Group Company and Tehran Oil Refining Company were on investors’ radar. Etemad Fund topped the highest trade volume among listed exchange-traded funds with more than 6 million shares. In addition, 67,410 leasing bonds of Mapna Group sold out in Fixed-Income Market.
