Isfahan Steel Company offered various forms of steel sheets on Iran Mercantile Exchange’s industrial and mining trading floor on Monday.

Close to 24,200 tons of hot-rolled C priced at 14,350 rials per kg; 18,700 tons of hot-rolled D at the base price of 14,100 rials per kg; 3,500 tons of cold-rolled B as well as 2,500 tons of tin-plated sheet were listed on the floor, which also saw the offering of 25 kg of gold bullions and 20 tons of molybdenum sulfur.

The export trading floor featured 110,000 tons of granulated iron ore offered by Iranian Central Plateau Iron Ore Mines Complex at $22 per ton in addition to 83,000 tons of bitumen by Pasargad Oil Company.

The oil and petrochemical trading floor played host to 85,250 tons of various grades of bitumen, 16,640 tons of polymers and 12,000 tons of vacuum bottoms.

Elsewhere, the agricultural trading floor recorded the offering of 15,000 tons of wheat, 4,500 tons of unprocessed vegetable oil, 6,880 tons of corn, 2,465 tons of white sugar, 2,000 tons of soybean meal flakes and 130 tons of rice.

All in all, about 388,000 tons of various commodities were supplied in IME’s spot market on Monday.
