More than 153,000 tons of commodities were offered on Iran Mercantile Exchange’s various trading floors on Saturday. The oil and petrochemical trading floor played host to 38,700 tons of bitumen offered by Jey Oil Company; 34,300 tons of bitumen by Pasargad Oil Company; 22,000 tons of petrochemicals, including terephthalic acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, ammonium, polyethylene terephthalate, high-density polyethylene, polybutadiene rubber, polyvinyl chloride and caustic soda; 10,000 tons of vacuum bottoms; 3,000 tons of lube-cut oil and 700 tons of sulfur. The export trading floor featured 14,600 tons of bitumen and 700 tons of roof insulation. About 780 tons of rebar bundles and 726 tons of I-beam were supplied on the industrial and mining trading floor. Elsewhere, the agricultural trading floor filed 14,000 tons of wheat, 2,000 tons of soybean meal flakes, 4,500 tons of virgin vegetable oil, 1,800 tons of white sugar, 1,000 tons of corn and 75 tons of rice.
