More than 376,000 tons of commodities were offered on Iran Mercantile Exchange’s trading floors on Wednesday.
The export trading floor played host to 110,000 tons of iron ore priced at $14 per ton, which was offered by Sangan Iron Ore Complex and, 5,000 tons of granulated sulfur priced at $95 per ton as well as 1,000 tons of sulfur lumps priced at $405 per ton. More than 100,000 tons of various grades of bitumen were also offered on the same floor, 84,000 tons of which were by Jey Oil Company.
Around 21,955 tons of chemicals, 61,200 tons of bitumen, 26,000 tons of vacuum bottoms, 1,500 tons of granulated sulfur and 280 tons of liquidated argon gas were offered on the oil and petrochemical trading floor.
The industrial and mining trading floor featured 800 tons of aluminum billets 7-6063 at the base price of 60,872 rials per kg in addition to 1,000 tons of aluminum alloys offered by Iran Aluminum Company. Almahdi Aluminum Company supplied 1,500 tons of aluminum ingots of 99.75% purity at the base price of 56,890 rials per kg, while 50 tons of gold bullions by Mouteh Gold Complex were also listed on the same floor.
Elsewhere, the agricultural trading floor played host to 15,000 tons of wheat, 8,880 tons of corn, 4,500 tons of unprocessed vegetable oil, 3,000 tons of white sugar and 2,000 tons of soybean meal flakes.
