More than 210,000 tons of commodities of 40 suppliers were offered on Iran Mercantile Exchange’s trading floors on Tuesday, IME reported. About 61,427 tons of polymers, including styrene butadiene rubber, polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride were supplied on the oil and petrochemical trading floor, in addition to 53,400 tons of various grades of bitumen, 40,000 tons of vacuum bottoms, 7,000 tons of lube-cut oil and 2,200 tons of sulfur. The export trading floor featured 12,000 tons of bitumen 6070, MC800, MC70, MC3000 and MC30 for export. The industrial and mining trading floor recorded the offering of 3,800 tons of aluminum ingots of 99.75% purity by Almahdi Aluminum Company, 2,000 tons of aluminum ingots of 99.75% purity by Iran Aluminum Company priced at 56,890 rials per kg as well as 50 kg of gold bullions by Mouteh Gold Complex. Elsewhere, the agricultural trading floor played host to 1,000 tons of virgin vegetable oil from Ukraine, 6,000 tons of soybean oil from Argentina, 11,000 tons of wheat from Kazakhstan, 4,000 tons of durum wheat, 4,500 tons of white sugar, 75 tons of rice and 20 tons of barely.
