Pasargad Oil Company and Jey oil Refining Company offered 41,000 and 34,300 tons of bitumen respectively on Iran Mercantile Exchange’s oil and petrochemical trading floor on Saturday. As IME reported, the floor also saw the offering of 15,500 tons of vacuum bottoms, 3,000 tons of lube-cut oil, 800 tons of sulfur as well as 17,594 tons of petrochemicals, including hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, heavy aromatic gas, ammonium, par xylene, polyethylene terephthalate, high-density polyethylene, polybutadiene rubber, polyvinyl chloride and caustic soda. The export trading floor played host to 10,900 tons of bitumen 6070 and 100 tons of roof insulation. Elsewhere, the agricultural trading floor featured 16,000 tons of wheat, 4,000 tons of white sugar, 1,000 tons of virgin vegetable oil and 8,200 tons of corn. Overall, more than 164,000 tons of commodities were supplied in IME’s spot market.
