Uncertainties in the equity market weighed on Iran Fara Bourse’s overall index to shed 5.21 points or 0.66% and close at 782.24. The IFX wrapped up its third consecutive trading day in red. As IFB reported, more than 84 million securities changed hands, valued at $35.36 million. Bank Hekmat registered the highest trade volume with more than 12 million shares and Iranol Oil Company recorded the highest trade value. Marjan Kar Company, Yazd Alloy Steel Company and Iran Cultural Heritage and Tourism Investment Company posted the highest rise in their shares’ value. Tuka Rail Company and Esfahan Steel Company registered the highest retreat in value. The fixed-income market witnessed the trade of 62,910 leasing bonds of RighTel Company. Ganjineh Ayandeh Roshan Fund posted the highest trade volume among listed exchange-traded funds at IFB.
