More than 200,000 tons of commodities were offered on Iran Mercantile Exchange’s trading floors on Sunday.
National Iranian Copper Industries Company offered 4,000 tons of copper cathode priced at 175,773 rials per kg, 3,500 tons of copper wire at the base price of 182,798 rials per kg, 20,000 tons of low-graded copper, 100 tons of molybdenum sulfur as well as 12 tons of precious metal concentrates on the industrial and mining trading floor.
The board also recorded the offering of 270 tons of copper wire by World Copper Company at the base price of 183,348 rials per kg and 288 tons of I-beam bundles by Esfahan Steel Company.
The oil and petrochemical trading floor played host to 66,600 tons of various grades of bitumen, 24,000 tons of vacuum bottoms, 25,000 tons of lube-cut oil, 5,500 tons of petrochemicals and 1,800 tons of sulfur.
Elsewhere, the export trading floor witnessed the offering of only 15,000 tons of various grades of bitumen for potential customers overseas.
The agricultural trading floor featured 21,000 tons of white sugar, 5,650 tons of corn, 4,100 tons of rice and 4,000 tons of durum wheat offered by local suppliers.
The IME’s secondary market recorded the offering of 2 tons of brake pads by Sofeh Brake Pad Company.
