Esfahan Steel Company says it is investigating the cause of a rare incident in one of its converters, which left three workers dead and at least six others injured, reportedly due to splashing molten iron. The incident happened on Thursday and brought the production to a halt for a few hours. The company officials claim all the safety issues were in place when the incident happened and details will be released within the next three days.
