Iran Fara Bourse’s sentiment was negatively affected by lingering ambiguities at the equity market, and its overall index IFX slipped 10.78 points or 1.48 percent to close at 724.36 on Sunday. More than 63 million securities changed hands in 14,401 transactions valued at $21.8 million. Iranian Investment Petrochemical Company and Tehran Oil Refining Company’s rights offerings registered the highest daily trade value among all listed firms at IFB. The highest rise in shares’ value was filed for Shahrood Industrial and Mining Company and Balast Company. On the other hand, Shiraz Oil Refining Company, Ghasem Iran Company and Tehran Oil Refining Company recorded the highest retreat in their shares’ values. Fixed-income securities witnessed the trade of 34,040 participatory notes. Etemad Fund with up to 7.58 million shares recorded the highest trade volume among exchange-traded funds.
