Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX surged 10.54 points or 1.46 percent at Tuesday’s close to end at 734.17 and catch up with Tehran Stock Exchange. As IFB reported, more than 537 million securities changed hands in 20,501 transactions, valued at a total of about $65 million. Tehran Oil Refining Company, Maroun Petrochemical Company, Jam Petrochemical Company and Iranian Investment Petrochemical Group left the most positive impact on IFX. The highest surge in value was registered for Taknar Copper Mines Complex Company and TORC with almost 5 percent. The highest daily trade volume of 39 million was recorded for Novin Insurance Company’s rights offerings. The highest trade value was filed for IIPG with $1.87 million. The NIC, Ravan Faravar Company and Middle East Mine and Minerals Industrial Development Holding Company’s rights offerings saw the highest retreat in their shares value. Mortgage-backed securities prices wavered between 700,000 and 740,000 rials. The fixed-income market witnessed the trade of 95,830 leasing bonds. With the trade of 559,670 shares, Etemad Fund topped the highest trade volume among listed exchange-traded funds.
