Iran Mercantile Exchange featured various types of steel sections offered by Mobarakeh Steel Company in its spot market on Monday.
As IME reported, MSC supplied 45,100 tons of hot-rolled C at the base price of 16,350 rials per kg; 34,100 tons of hot-rolled B priced at 16,200 rials per kg; 7,000 tons of cold-rolled B; 5,500 tons of galvanized sheet G as well as 3,500 tons of tin-plated sheets on the industrial and mining trading floor, which also played host to 3,000 tons of aluminum ingots of 99.75-percent purity offered by Iran Aluminum Company at the base price of 63,670 rials per kg.
The oil and petrochemical trading floor featured 16,800 tons of various grades of bitumen and 10,030 tons of polymers.
Elsewhere, the export trading floor saw 3,550 tons of bitumen, 700 tons of roof insulation and 50,000 tons of granulated iron ore offered by Jalalabad Iron Ore Complex.
Finally, the agricultural trading floor played host to 28,000 tons of corn, 10,000 tons of white sugar, 4,000 tons of durum wheat, 3,000 tons of rapeseed meal and 530 tons of rice.
All in all, about 225,000 tons of commodities were offered in IME’s spot market on Monday.
