Around 300 tons of zinc ingots, 60 tons of copper wire, and 84,700 tons of steel sections were offered at Iran Mercantile Exchange’s industrial and mining trading floor on Monday, IME public relations reported.

The Calcimin Company offered 100 tons of zinc ingots 99.7-percent purity, with the base price of 78,000 rials per kg, as well as 100 tons of zinc ingots 99.5-percent purity, with the base price of 77,500 rials. Zanjan Zinc Industries Company offered 100 tons of zinc ingots 99.7-percent purity, priced at 78,000 rials per kg. Mobarakeh Steel Company supplied 35,000 tons of hot-rolled sheets C, 22,000 tons of hot-rolled B, 4,000 tons of galvanized G, 2,000 tons of tin-plated sheets, and 5,000 tons of cold-rolled sheets. Moreover, 16,500 tons of mixed rebar bundles and 2,200 tons of rebar bundles A3, 16 and 25 were listed on the board of the same floor.

The oil and petrochemical trading floor witnessed the offering of 17,972 tons of polymers, including acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, polyethylene of different grades, poly styrene for various applications, 16,900 tons of bitumen, and 15,000 tons of vacuum bottoms. Meanwhile, close to 13,450 tons of bitumen 6070, and 200 tons of roof insulation were registered on the export trading floor.

Elsewhere, the agricultural trading floor played host to 60,000 tons of corn, and 760 tons of rice.

The Islamic Republic of Iran Railways offered 300 tons of scrap metals on the IME’s secondary market.
