Close to 205,000 tons of goods were offered on the spot and secondary market of the Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) on Monday trading.
According to IME public relations, about 4,000 tons of copper cathodes, with the base price of 199,912 rials per kg was offered by National Iranian Copper Industries Company (NICIC) on the industrial and mining trading floor.
The NICIC supplied 3,500 tons of copper wire, priced at 207,047 rials per kg, 30,000 tons of low-graded copper, 100 tons of molybdenum sulfur, and 12 tons of precious metals concentrate. World Copper Company offered 270 tons of copper wire priced at 207,597 rials per kg. Furthermore, 11,000 tons of mixed-rebar bundles were listed on the same floor.
The oil and petrochemical trading floor played host to 49,200 tons various graders of bitumen, 20,000 tons of vacuum bottoms, 28,000 tons of lube-cut oil, 5,324 tons of polymers, and 3,200 tons of sulfur.
Elsewhere, the export trading floor featured 2,000 tons of bitumen 6070, as well as 700 tons of roof insulation for export purposes.
The agricultural trading floor witnessed the offering of 38,650 tons of corn and 8,635 tons of rice.
Finally, the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines offered 119 tons of scrap metals in IME’s secondary market on Monday trading.
