Bitumen, Roof Insulation for Export at IME

Close to 8,400 tons of bitumen 6070, as well as 480 tons of roof insulation were offered on the export trading floor of Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) on Sunday.
According to IME public relations office, the industrial and mining trading floor played host to 4,000 tons of copper cathode offered by the National Iranian Copper Industries Company (NICIC) with the base price of 196,590 rials per kg. The NICIC also offered 3,500 tons of copper cathode in another cargo, priced at 203,744 rials per kg, 30,000 tons of low-graded copper, 100 tons of molybdenum sulfur, and 12 tons of precious metals concentrates. Moreover, Copper World Company offered 270 tons of copper wire priced at 204,294 rials per kg.
The report also noted that the oil and petrochemical trading floor featured around 75,400 tons of various grades of bitumen, 28,000 tons of lube-cut oil, 26,000 tons of vacuum bottoms, 12,810 tons of chemicals, and 4,400 tons of sulfur.
Elsewhere, the agricultural trading floor featured 15,215 tons of chickpea, as well as 700 tons of corn, which were supplied by local customers.
All in all, the IME’s local and export trading floors witnessed the offering of 222,000 tons of various goods during Sunday trading.
