The US dollar rose for the third consecutive day on Wednesday, carrying momentum from unsettling remarks from diplomats involved in the nuclear talks between Iran and the six world majors. The greenback gained 0.3 percent against the rial and traded at 33,440 rails by 12:45 GMT. Other major currencies also rose versus the rial.
