Iran Zamin Bank has rejected reports suggesting a distraint notice has been issued on its assets. On Monday, the bank dispatched a letter disproving the validity of the information aired in news media against it, saying that bank authorities reserve themselves the right to file a complaint against the lawyer of Trade Development International Company, Mohammad-Reza Bouzari, or any other affiliated official who has had a hand in spreading the “baseless” news.
