The first national conference ever held in Iran on a “suggestion system” within the Iranian banking network is set to open on Feb. 23 in the central bank’s conference hall. Iran Banking Institute is the organizer of the one-day event, according to the central bank’s website. Discussion topics will include developing reception systems in banks, suggestion assessment in the banking system, optimizing the banking system’s efficiency by further involving employees, among other issues.
