The production of pelletized limestone in Pir Bakran complex exceeded 1.24 million metric tons during the first ten months of the current Iranian year (ending January 20), Eghtesadnews reported. The limestone mine’s production during the period indicated an 8% growth compared to last year’s similar period. The mine, located in the central Esfahan province, sells the majority of its products to steel plants and cement companies.
