Car production during the first ten months of the current Iranian year (until January 20) indicate a 61.4% increase compared to the similar period last year, Eghtesadnews reported. Domestic automakers manufactured more than 930,000 vehicles during the period, 85% of which were sedans. During the last month of the period, 104,614 vehicles were produced, which registered a 42.5% growth in comparison with the same month last year, the report added.
