The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) featured copper wire, copper cathodes, aluminum ingot, and various types of I-beams offered by local suppliers on the industrial and mining trading floor on Monday’s trading, IME’s Public Relations and Foreign Affairs Office reported.

National Iranian Copper Industries Company (NICIC) offered about 2,020 tons of copper cathodes, priced at 184,479 rials per kg, and 1,360 tons of copper wire, with the base price of 191,896 rials per kg. In addition, the industrial and mining trading floor played host to 30,000 tons of low-grade copper, 100 tons of molybdenum-sulfur, and 12 tons of precious metals concentrate offered by NICIC. Moreover the World Copper Company offered 270 tons of copper wire, with the base price of 192,446 rials per kg on the board of the same floor.

Esfahan Steel Company supplied 5,857 tons of mixed rebar bundles, and 9,400 tons of various types of I-beams to potential customers. Furthermore, 800 tons of aluminum ingot 99.7-percent purity, priced at 82,730 rials per kg were put up on the industrial and mining trading floor.

Elsewhere on the oil and petrochemical trading floor, close to 7,520 tons of various lube-cut oils, 8,560 tons of vacuum bottoms, 890 tons of sulfur, 406 tons of chemicals, 346 tons of polymers, and 467 tons of various grades of bitumen were supplied to local customers. Meanwhile, the export trading floor played host to about 6,950 tons of bitumen for different applications to be exported overseas.
