Rigan Khodro Eyes JMC Pickup for Production in Iran

Rigan Khodro has imported a prototype of Tiger pickup trucks produced by the Chinese Jiangling Motors Corporation, as it is weighing the introduction of the model to the Iranian auto market.  
A subsidiary of Kerman Automotive Industries Corporation (aka Kerman Khodro), Rigan Khodro is based in Arg-e Jadid Special Economic Zone in the southeastern province of Kerman where the completely knocked down kits brought from China are assembled, reported local automotive website Asbe Bokhar.  
The JMC Tiger pickup truck is currently going through technical and engineering inspections so as to obtain the required assembly permits.
