Iranian App Alerts Drivers on Road Hazards

In an effort to reduce motor vehicle fatality rates, a smartphone application has been designed to notify drivers of imminent danger when drawing close to an accident-prone area. Unveiled on Tuesday, the application will provide drivers with a hazard map. 
Head of the judiciary’s Crime Prevention Bureau Alireza Savari told YJC, “The accident-prone area identification app is available as of today, and drivers can install it on their phones to get notified about zones with most car crashes.”
