Major Iranian automotive companies have participated in Automechanika Istanbul 2018, a world-renowned automobile aftermarket held at Tuyap Convention and Congress Center in Istanbul, Turkey, from April 5 to 8. Local companies attending the event include Iran Khodro and SAIPA through its subsidiaries namely Sazehgostar, Zar Spring Manufacturing Co., SAIPA Wheel, Radiator Iran Manufacturing Co. and SAIPA Glass along with Iran Tractor Manufacturing Company, Azar Powder Metallurgy Company, Foulad Fam Company, Sahand Zob Foundry Co., Cable Varan Company, Teb and Polymer, and Avrand Pishro. The exhibition is a combination of a car show and a trade fair for automotive accessories, spare parts and repair equipment, bringing together managers of various walks of the automotive sector from production and distribution to maintenance, ISNA reported.
