Negin Khodro, Renault’s official importer, announced that Renault Megane 2018 will make its return to the Iranian market in the next six months.
Negin Khodro CEO Jamshid Hosseini said on Saturday Renault Megane 2018 will be distributed in the market sometime between March and September, according to the company’s website.
Megane has been vastly popular with Iranian car enthusiasts. The vehicle used to be rapidly manufactured in Iran, but its production was halted in Iran due to the imposition of stringent sanctions.
Even so, secondhand Meganes were well-liked and traded in the market during the long years of sanctions.
