Renault Trucks Dealer Unveils New Model

Arya Diesel Motor, a dealer of Renault Trucks in Iran, has unveiled a new heavy-duty truck manufactured by the French company. During a ceremony this week, Arya Diesel officials presented Renault Truck T following an agreement signed between the two companies in December, Financial Tribune’s sister newspaper Donya-e-Eqtesad reported. In December 2016, the two sides signed two agreements in Lyon, an import agreement covering vehicles from the T, C and K ranges and an industrial collaboration agreement for the assembly of T range vehicles. Mehdi Niazi, the deputy director of Arya Diesel, said the T-range truck’s production was launched  last month, and two other models, namely C and K, will be in the market before the fiscal is out in March. The T truck offers two Euro VI six-cylinder engines, the 11 L DTI 11 (with a power output of 380, 430 and 460hp) and the 13 L DTI 13 (440, 480 and 520hp). All three models meet Euro 5 and EEV emission standards.
