Production of six cars has been discontinued by local auto factories. All the vehicles were made in or imported from China. Modiran Vehicle Manufacturing (MVM) pulled the breaks on the family sedan MVM 530 and the super compact MVM 110. The automaker had produced 901 and 170 units of the two cars respectively over the same period last year, ISNA reported. The two models have since been replaced by the 110s and Arrizo. Bahman Group stopped the production of an SUV called the Landmark, not to mention that the carmaker had made only one unit of the 4WD SUV in the same period last year. Production of the luxury Lifan 820 stopped at Kerman Motor Company during this period. In the same period last year Kerman Motor had manufactured only four units of the same car. Diar Automobile Company stopped manufacturing two models namely the EV Sabrina and Great Wall M4. Last year the company had produced 10 and 11 units of the cars respectively.
