ISACO: Auto Parts Quality Improved

The quality of auto parts produced by Iran Khodro Company’s Spare Parts and After Sales Services (ISACO) company has improved, said the company’s CEO. Reza Hosseini also said in an interview with Persian Khodro automotive website, that it is ultimately for the customers to assess the quality of the parts. The official noted that results are based on quality surveys and feedback from customers that had to provide their opinions 24 hours after the parts were delivered. Hosseini further said results indicate that quality has improved compared with the past. “We have seen a great improvement in auto part quality on a day-to-day basis over the past two years. However, we are a long way from 100% satisfactory quality,” he said. “We need to put more effort and pursue our goals of improving quality with more seriousness.” Hosseini went on to quote Minister of Industries, Mining and Trade Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh as saying that car parts produced in Iran over the past few years have gotten better and now automakers are working with parts of higher quality .
