SAIPA's manufacturing line in Iraq is set to increase the production of its Tiba model tenfold by the end of the current Iranian year (March 2016). The company began production in Iraq in 2014, which increased in the following year, ILNA reported.  Iraqi buyers warmly received the company's products. During the first seven months of the Iranian year, SAIPA produced 10,000 units of Tiba in Iraq and plans to increase production to 10 units per hour. By offering incentives and using various sales techniques such as leasing, SAIPA plans to maintain its increasing production trend in the second half of the current Iranian year. SAIPA may not be doing too well in Iran, but it has been the top car seller for five consecutive years in neighboring Iraq.
