Motor Racing in Semirom

Some 70 motorcyclists worked their mojos and pumped pedals for first place in the three-day Motorcycle Endurance Rally held in Semirom County in Isfahan Province. “All contestants were members of Isfahan’s Board of Auto Racing and Motorcycling,” said Amir Esmaeili, secretary of the board. According to Fars News Agency, the breakneck racing, which concluded on Saturday, was organized in cooperation with Isfahan’s Sports and Youth Organization, Law Enforcement Force and Traffic Police. The event created an opportunity for the spectators and outstation racers who survived to visit the tourist attractions of the province. A few hundred miles north, National Auto Slalom Championship concluded on Friday at the auto-racing track in Tehran’s Azadi Sport Complex, YJC wrote. The competition was held in five sports racing classes: 1500 cc for women, 1500-2000 cc for women, 1500 cc for men, 1500-2000 cc for men, and men’s free race.
