ISACO Tops After-Sales Services

Iran Khodro Spare Parts and After-Sales Services Company has been declared the best after-sales service provider in the country for the third consecutive year.      
Quality promotion and customer satisfaction were among major areas where the company scored highest and the recent rankings indicate ISACO is on the right track, Iran Standards and Quality Inspection Company announced.
ISACO managed to get the highest scores for after-sales services for almost all of its products, IKCO reported.
The company’s product diversity and its representative offices were far bigger than other national automakers’, according to the quality ombudsman. This led to the company's top ranking for after-sales services far ahead of the second best company.
According to the latest after-sales services report, ISACO scored 82.91, gaining the highest number of points compared with competitors like Saipa and Pars Khodro.
With the latest achievement, the company has strengthened its position as the best after-sales services provider among 41 Iranian companies.
