Renault Pars, Renault's local joint subsidiary company, has announced that it will soon offer a new breakdown service for Renault car owners. The new service is aimed at Renault vehicle owners and long-term car owners. It aims to fill the gap that traditional breakdown service operators like Iran Khodro's Emdad Khodro offer, Persian Khodro writes. The director for the Renault's breakdown service called "Pearl", Reza Aqaei, said to manage an effective service, new maintenance vehicles will be based around the country. The new vehicles will meet the car at the customers' desired location and either fix it on site, or tow it to a garage for further repairs. The director added that according to the company's rules, if the warranty on the vehicle is still valid, the owner of the car will incur no additional costs.
