13% Growth in Iran's Q1 DRI Output

A total of 7.1 million tons of direct-reduced iron were produced in Iran during the first three fiscal months (March 21-June 21) to register a 13% growth compared with the corresponding period of the year before.
According to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization’s latest report, Mobarakeh Steel Company accounted for the largest share of the output with 2 million tons, registering an increase of 10% year-on-year.
