Several European companies including French businesses have expressed their desire to expand cooperation with Iran, according to a press release of Iran’s Chamber of Commerce. French companies expected to help the Iranian private sector “have a more active and efficient role in the market,” said Abolfazl Rahnama, director general for Europe and America in the chamber’s International Affairs Department during a meeting with a group of French business people in Tehran.
