    Tehran Chamber of Commerce to Organize 5 Business Courses

    The Education and Human Resources Institute, affiliated with Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, is scheduled to hold five business courses in the upcoming weeks.

    The first one titled “Foreign Purchases and Orders Management” will be held online as of May 30 on Tuesdays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. 

    Subjects will include introduction to basics of international trade, familiarity with foreign orders and procedures, foreign commercial documents, how to open credit and payment methods, principles of transportation and types of bills of lading, Incoterms and customs procedures for import, the news portal of TCCIM reported.

    The second course titled “International transportation and logistics” is scheduled to be held as of June 11 on Saturday and Sunday from 4-7 p.m. Topics include the key concepts of transportation such as carrier and forwarder, transportation and the product nature, an overview of dangerous and special goods, transportation methods and services and a brief introduction to regulations related to transportation and its importance. 

    The third course titled “Export and Its Required Documents” will be held online as of June 12 on Mondays from 5-8 p.m. Topics include export and import rules and regulations, export strategies in sanctions, familiarity with commercial export documents, the export process, declaration, value, tariff in IRICA’s EPL system, how to return the currency and fulfill the foreign exchange obligation resulting from the export and the valuation of exported goods.

    The fourth course titled “Online Sales and Marketing Tools” will be held online as of June 11 on Sundays and Tuesdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Topics include use of social media tools and content creation for business owners and SEO tools and types of online advertising and its tools.

    The fifth course titled “Content Production” will be held online on July 9, July 10, June 12, June 16, July 22 from 5-8 p.m. Topics include content production in the marketing service, content production strategy, principles of content marketing on Instagram, copywriting in content production, using the potential of LinkedIn to increase site traffic, interaction with groups and the link between content production and SEO.
