The Education and Human Resources Institute, affiliated with Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, is scheduled to hold five business courses in May.
The first course titled “Import Process” will be held online as of May 1 on Mondays from 5-8 p.m. Topics include introduction to different types of imports, order registration in the Comprehensive Trade System, foreign currency provision methods, risk and cost transfer points in Incoterms 2020’s terms with import approach, freight insurance in imports and declaration of goods. The course will run for a total of six hours.
The second course titled “Familiarity with Labor and Social Security Laws and Regulations” will be held online as of May 2 on Sundays and Tuesdays from 5-8 p.m. Topics include principles of employment contracts, working conditions, crimes and punishments, unemployment insurance law, how to pay insurance premiums and sending a list of employee salaries in contracts.
The third course titled “Training a successful negotiator” will be held online as of May 6 on Saturdays and Mondays from 5-8 p.m. Topics include explaining the key principles of successful negotiation, behaviorology in negotiation, the point of leaving a negotiation, planning checklist in negotiation, common challenges in the negotiation process and important steps in negotiation. The course will run for a total of 12 hours.
The fourth course titled “Payment Methods and International Financing” will be held online as of May 13 on Saturdays and Mondays from 5-8 p.m. Topics include important international payment methods, making a foreign exchange transfer, differences between the transfer method and the bill of exchange, opening a letter of credit under sanctions and important regulations of the Central Bank of Iran in the field of foreign exchange.
The last course titled “Business Negotiations in English” will be held online as of May 14 on Sundays from 5-8 p.m. Topics include understanding negotiations, information methods, bargaining for mutual benefit and facing difficult issues in negotiations.
