The Education and Human Resources Institute, affiliated with Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, is scheduled to hold four business courses in May.
The first course titled “Comprehensive Business Skills” will be held online as of May 3 on even days. Topics include an overview of international trade, HS commodity classification system, Incoterms 2020, LinkedIn, international shipping, step-by-step import and export process, customs regulations and EPL, order registration, international payment methods, international trade contracts and trade negotiations.
The second course titled “Market Feasibility, Evaluation and Research” will be held online as of May 7 on Sundays from 5-8 p.m. Topics include selection of target market, survey of competitors, supply chain review, supply and demand analysis of the plan and feasibility studies.
The third course titled “Financial Management for Non-Financial Managers” will be held online as of May 8 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-8 p.m. Topics include preparation of accounting documents, monitoring the accounting process, financial statements, tax obligations of legal entities and crimes related to their non-fulfillment.
The last course titled “Preparation and Regulation of International Commercial Contracts” will be held online as of May 10 on even days from 5-8 p.m. Topics include elements of contract negotiation, specifications of contract negotiator, skills to conclude a contract, writing and review of cooperation contract, preparing a memorandum of understanding, examining samples of transportation and oil and gas contracts, and study of legal issues and their conformity with commercial laws.
