A total of 68,000 tons of different kinds of seafood worth $138 million were exported from Hormozgan Province in the last Iranian year that ended on March 20, 2023, according to Masoud Barani, a local official.
The exported commodities included farmed shrimp, squid and eel, IRNA reported.
Persian Gulf countries, Russia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and China were the main export destinations.
