The coal concentrate production of the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization’s subsidiaries reached 660,154 tons during the first 10 months of the current Iranian year (March 21, 2022-Jan. 20).
This marks a 65% rise compared with their output in last year’s corresponding period when production stood at 399,888 tons, IMIDRO reported on its website.
Tabas Parvadeh Coal Company’s output stood at 569,750 tons while that of Central Alborz Coal Company hit 90,404 tons.
The subsidiaries extracted 1.91 million tons of coal during the period which, compared with last year’s 1.04 tons, shows an 84% year-on-year rise.
Tabas Parvadeh Coal Company’s extraction amounted to 622,053 tons, while that of Tabas Coal Complex stood at 170,483 tons and Central Alborz Coal Company hit 122,992 tons.
