The Education and Human Resources Institute, affiliated with Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, is scheduled to hold three business courses and a workshop in February and March.
The first course titled “Import and Export Ideas” will be held online from Feb. 15 on Sundays and Wednesdays from 6 to 8 p.m.
Topics include choosing the idea and the country based on interest, experience and assets, finding the latest ideas in the world, choosing the final idea and how to calculate the costs and viability of the idea and checking how to enter the market, conducting marketing review and checking important rules to start exporting. The course will run for a total of 8 hours.
The workshop titled “An Overview of Tax Proceedings” will be held online on Feb. 19 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Topics include presentation of the definitions of proceedings, familiarization with tax documents, rules and regulations related to the handling of tax documents, how to properly register an objection, familiarization with tax dispute resolution boards, resolving disputes with the Iranian National Tax Administration, calculating lawyer's stamp duty and familiarization with the Administrative Court of Justice.
The second course titled “Latest Customs Regulations and Directives” will be held online on Feb. 25 and Feb. 27 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Topics include customs terminology, information and documents, customs procedures, rules and regulations for import and export, currency and banking regulations related to customs and the latest customs directives.
The third course titled “Brand Management and Advertising” will be held online on Feb. 27 and March 1 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Topics include building brand image and identity, understanding the Charter of Bern, the relationship between customer journey and advertising, a case study of successful branding and the relationship between digital transformation and advertising.
