    TCCIM to Hold 3 Business Courses, 2 Workshops in February

    The Education and Human Resources Institute, affiliated with Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, is scheduled to three business courses in addition to two workshops in February.

    The first course titled “Inventory Management and Warehousing” will be held online on February 6 from 5 to 8 p.m. Topics include concepts related to warehousing and inventory control, warehouse information system design, Pareto's law, principles of warehousing, how to classify and code goods and methods of counting and quantitative control of inventories. The course will run for a total of 15 hours.

    The second course will also be held online and is titled “Comprehensive Business Skills”. It is scheduled to start from Feb. 6 on even days. Topics include introduction to international trade, the HS commodity classification system, Incoterms 2020, LinkedIn, international transportation, familiarity with the step-by-step import and export process, customs regulations and EPL, order registration, international payment methods, international trade contracts and trade negotiations.

    The third course titled “Digital Marketing for Export” will also start online on Feb. 13 on Mondays from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Topics include online market research for exports, introducing and working with market research tools, market analysis of export destinations, introducing and working with B2B platforms with an export approach, using Google for export marketing, content production and content marketing in foreign markets and social media marketing for export.

    The first workshop titled “Administrative Correspondence and Letter Writing Principles” is scheduled to be held on February 7 from 4 to 8 p.m. Topics include familiarity with different types of administrative letters and stages of letter writing, grammar, punctuation, etc.

    The second workshop titled “Latest Regulations Related to the Import of Goods” will be held on February 8 from 4 to 8 p.m. Topics include explaining Iran’s latest regulations and instructions in the field of import, financing methods, and registering in the relevant systems for imports.
