Pars Air Launches Shiraz-Najaf Flights

Pars Air has started new flights between the Iranian city of Shiraz and the Iraqi holy city of Najaf.
According to Gholamreza Aqaei, director general of Fars Province’s Airports, the first roundtrip was operated on this route on Jan. 5.
The flights are scheduled for Thursdays with departure time at 6:30 a.m. and arrival time at 10:30 a.m., the news portal of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development reported.
Pars Air, the first regional airline of Iran, uses Bombardier CRJ-200 aircraft for this flight.
The airline’s fleet is said to be the youngest in the country.
