The Education and Human Resources Institute, affiliated with Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, is scheduled to hold four business courses in December.
The first one titled “Comprehensive Business Skills” will be held online from Dec. 5. Topics include international trade overview, HS commodity classification system, Incoterms, LinkedIn, international transportation, step-by-step import/export process, order registration and customs regulations, international payment methods and trade negotiations.
The second course titled “Sourcing in Exports/Imports Target Markets” will be held as of Dec. 12 from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Subjects include analysis of import/export data, domestic sourcing sites, trade map and Harvard business.
The third course titled “Mentoring in Practice” will be held online from Dec. 12 from 4 to 7 p.m. Topics include mentoring and coaching (differences and similarities), effective mentoring and coaching methods for talent development, key factors in creating a safe, effective and stable mentoring relationship and introducing the AXLES framework in planning and implementing the mentoring program.
The last course titled “Meeting Obligations Related to Export Earnings” will be held online on Dec. 14 from 5:30 to 20:30 p.m.
The Central Bank of Iran requires Iranian exporters to repatriate their earnings and sell them to the government at a lower price than market rates. Topics include introduction to methods of financing imports from export.
