TCCIM to Host SME Crowdfunding Event

Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture’s Money and Capital Market Commission will hold a seminar titled “Introduction to Crowdfunding for Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises”.
“The event will be held on Nov. 21 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the TCCIM headquarters and will be free of charge. Those interested in taking part will need to register via the Tehran Chamber of Commerce’s website,” Maryam Fadaei, the deputy head of the chamber for commissions, was quoted as saying by TCCIM’s news portal.
The official noted that as a majority of TCCIM members are small- and medium-sized enterprises, crowdfunding can be an effective way for providing their financial requirements and this seminar can help introduce businesses to opportunities in this field.
Fadaei noted that the crowdfunding process is carried out under the supervision of Iran Fara Bourse and legal financial institutes. 
Iran Fara Bourse is the junior stock market for trading equities in Tehran.
