Iran's H1 Trade With OIC Crosses $24b 

Iran’s trade with member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, excluding oil exports, reached 39.07 million tons worth over $24.75 billion in the first six months of the current fiscal year (March 21-Sept. 22), registering an 18.45% decline in weight, but a 7.46% growth in value year-on-year, latest data released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration show.
The UAE with 10.92 million tons worth over $10.31 billion was Iran’s top trade partner among OIC member states, registering a 6.9% decline in weight, but an 8.06% growth in terms of value.
It was followed by Turkey with more than 5.49 million tons (down 41.07%) worth $5.3 billion (up 11.87%) and Iraq with over 9.93 million tons (down 33.33%) worth $3.47 billion (down 19.98%).
