Iran’s trade with the US stood at $33 million during the first eight months of 2022, registering a 28.4% rise compared with the year before.
Latest data released by the US Census Bureau show that Iran exported $5.1 million worth of goods to the US during the period, registering a 750% year-on-year jump compared with the corresponding period of last year.
Iran’s imports from the US stood at $27.9 million, up 11.15% year-on-year.
Bilateral exchanges in August 2022 hit $3.8 million, up 35.71% compared with $2.8 million in August 2021.
