iFarm Opens in Tehran

The Fifth International Exhibition of Horticulture, Greenhouse, Inputs, Agricultural Machinery, Equipment, Modern Irrigation Systems and Agricultural Drones, also known as iFarm, opened at Tehran’s Shahr-e Aftab Exhibition Center on Sept. 12.
The event is being held in collaboration with Greenhouse Builders National Association, the Agriculture Ministry’s Horticultural Affairs Department, Agro Mechanization Expansion Center, Agricultural Engineering Organization, Tehran’s Natural Resources Organization, Agricultural Exports Committee and Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture’s Processing Industries Commission, IRIB News reported.
The four-day event is focused on expanding agricultural exports, improving locally-made farming equipment and introducing domestic products to international partners. It will run until Sept. 15.
