Flights between Shiraz, the capital of Iran’s Fars Province, and Muscat, the capital city of Oman, have been launched by Kish Air.
“The flights depart from Shiraz International Airport every Saturday at 9:30 a.m. and arrive at Muscat International Airport at 6:30 p.m.,” a local airport official of Fars Province, Gholamreza Karimi Aqaei, was quoted as saying by the news portal of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
The flights, launched on July 2, are operated by Boeing planes.
“Currently, Salam, Oman, Qeshm and Pars airlines operate 22 roundtrip flights to Sohar and Muscat every week,” he added.
