Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture has released the results of its latest national evaluation of business-related executive bodies in the last fiscal year (March 2021-22).
The approval rating’s benchmark index stood at 4.79, down from 4.66 in the year before (one indicates total satisfaction and 10 show complete dissatisfaction), ICCIMA news portal reported.
About 2,300 businesspeople and economic players took part in last year’s survey wherein they were asked about how functional they believed Iran’s 44 executive bodies were in the field of business, what quality of services they provided, how they treated businesses and their representatives and lastly about their transparency and quality of information.
Results of the survey showed that the police; State Welfare Organization of Iran; and the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism had the highest level of approval rating.
This is while the Central Bank of Iran; municipalities; and the Plan and Budget Organization of Iran had the lowest rating.
The survey covered members of ICCIMA, Iran Chamber of Cooperatives and Iran Chamber of Guilds.
