Lead, Zinc Mines Register Growth in Extractions

Angouran lead and zinc complex extracted 1.04 million tons of the minerals in the fiscal 2021-22, registering a 17% growth compared with the preceding year.
Nakhlak lead mining complex extracted 252,744 tons during the same period, registering a 285% growth, IRIB News reported, citing data released by the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization.
The two mines complexes are subsidiaries of IMIDRO.
